Meeting with the guide for information and recommendations about the tours.
Day 2 FARALLONES OF CALI
PEÑAS BLANCAS (Rocky Mountains near Cali)
03:00hrs.Departure for the trip to the mountains. The site: Peñas Blancas (2.000 mts. Over sea level) countryside of Cali. At a certain point of the road, we continue horseback riding to find the habitat of the famous Andean Cock-of-the-rock (Rupícola peruvianus) and some others like Chestnut Wood-Quail (Odontophorus hyperythrus), Crested Ant-Tanager (Cristata Habia), Little Tinamou (Crypturellus soui), Golden-headed Quetzal (Pharomachrus auriceps), Torrent Duck (Armata Merganetta).
IMPORTANT: Upper middle level of difficulty in footpaths. Indispensable resistant water-prove footwear, raincoat, lantern. Solar protector, insect repellent and hydrating beverages.
Day 3 SAN ANTONIO
Km WENT -. 18 BOSQUE DE NIEBLA - Cloud Forest and Rainforest
5:00 a.m. Departure for the village of San Antonio at Km. 18 of the road to the sea. (1.900 mts. Over sea level)
5:45 a.m. Beginning of observation day. 9:00 a.m. breakfast at Chalet Loma Azul. Back to the site.
1:00 p.m. Lunch at Chalet Loma Azul. Bird watching the rest of the afternoon.
6:00 p.m. Back to Cali.
This site can show you birds such as Multicolored Tanager (Chlorochrysa nitidissima), Flame-rumped Tanager (Ramphocelus flammigerus), Grayish Piculet (Picumnus granadensis), Purple-throated Woodstar (Calliphlox mitchellii), Long-tailed Slip (Aglaiocercus kingi), Sickle-winged Guam (Chamaepetes goudotii), Chachalaca variable (Ortalis motmot)

Day 4 CIAT INTERNATIONAL CENTER FOR TROPICAL AGRICULTURE
5:00 a.m. Check out and departure from the hotel. Beginning of observation at CIAT fields. Lunch at the facilities. Transfer to Buga, in the center of the State of Valle. Lodging.

Day 5 SONSO
SONSO LAGOON
5:00 a.m. Departure for the lagoon. Twenty minutes from Buga.
5:45 a.m. (940 mts. Over sea level). Beginning of observation day at Sonso Laggon.
8:00 a.m. Time for breakfast in the field. (packed).
1:00 p.m. Lunch at the Reserve Facilities.
6:00 p.m. Back to Buga.

Yotoco Forest natural Reserve.

8:00 a.m. Time for breakfast in the field. (Packed)
1:00 p.m. lunch at a rural inn.
6:00 p.m. Back to Buga,
